Customer satisfaction is important!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed within 7 days after you received your package. 

To start a return, you can contact glamuinstyle@gmail.com. Please include your order number, email address, and the reason you want to return the item within 7 days when you received your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact Liz Luxuriant immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that the issue can be evaluated and make the necessary correction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, Liz Luxuriant cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You will receive an email once your return is approved for you to ship back the item. It's recommended that you return the item in the original package within 10 calendar days after the return and exchange is approved.

 Liz Luxuriant will notify you once the item is received and inspected. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of damages and issues concerning the product on Liz Luxuriant's error. It is recommended that you ship your return via an insured service such as UPS, ESPS, or Federal Express. 

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Liz Luxuriant will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
